Number 1:
If you are drinking tea from bags or loose leaves you can put the tea leaves in the compost. With a tea bag, you will need to rip it open and put the tea leaves in, not the bag. Most tea bags have plastic in them so they are not compostable unless they say they are. If you do not have a compost bin you can put the leaves in your potted plants or yard. Just add them to the dirt around your yard. If you do not have potted plants, a yard, or a compost bin, you can look up if your local area has a community compost, most do.

Green tea, black tea, and chamomile are very soothing. Put a used tea bag on your eyebags, bug bites, rashes, and acne for 5 to 15 minutes. I do this all the time and love it.
