My review of the 5 Days of Tea mini-course by Jenny, the owner of sipping streams. I love this course. For a free course, you learned a lot.
What I learned:
Day 1 was about the benefits of tea. Day 2 was, what is tea? Day 3 was about, fun with tea. Day 4 was, a way to heal. Day 5 your tea experience.
What was my favorite day was all of them?
Day 1, the act of making tea makes you slow down. Day 2, was that Camellia Sinensis, the tea plant is evergreen. Day 3, if you improve your life by 1% a day in 100 days you will improve 100% of your life! Day 4, Rooibos is a very powerful Anti-inflammatory. Day 5, it takes 20 tastes of something that is completely foreign to you to get used to it. This is just some of what I learned.
She has a Certified Tea Specialist program for $3,600 if you are interested here is that link. She also has a book I haven’t read it but I will link it here. Jenny is a great teacher who is very easy to understand and helpful. If you see her doing this course, do it! It will help your tea experience no matter what level of expert you are or if you are new to tea.
I give this course ☆☆☆☆☆
Thank you Jenny for teaching me so much!
